“Smoke” at top floors was not caused by fire but as side-effect of energy weapon. 1993 was prerun test for 2001. DEWISH is an ORGanization that presents who, how, why and supports with linked evidence.
There were two more attacks before this in the 70s. One was filmed on the inside by amateur and tv cameras. An arsonist, a man working on a lower floor at a night shift, set fire to an electrical closet because he was angry at his boss. Following this attack in February 1975, a firefighter was assigned to watch and see if anything else happens while posing as an ordinary custodian. In May of the same year he arrested the arsonist for setting fire to another office in the building on a lower floor. This is the attack that initially prompted better fire suppression systems (ie, sprinklers).
