guess uh the tourists were actually in a

small group although you only see one of

them here. Um but the local was actually

by himself. So, he was outnumbered and

he didn't feel like he could actually

track them down and follow them. Uh, he

stayed behind to put the fire out just

group of foreign tourists who are being
