During a non-precision instrument approach into Midway Airport, the flight crew failed to monitor and maintain the proper flying speed. The aircraft’s speed dropped dangerously low, causing an aerodynamic stall at an altitude too low for recovery, leading the plane to crash into a residential neighborhood.
