This is a working hypothesis attempting to fully explain the otherwise mysterious skyrocketing incidents of toppled tractor-trailer trucks.

Yes, of course drivers take turns too quickly, tires burst, and loads shift as they always have. However, what explains the massive sudden increase in rollovers? Directed Energy Weapons attack fits all the known evidence and also describes the increasingly dismal apparent reality of purposeful ongoing economic attack.
The load of scrap metal would likely also respond magnificently to a DEW burst, definitely moving magnetically and perhaps levitating per the HUTCHISON EFFECT.

What is interesting / anomalous: The extreme outward bulge thought to be due to internal load-shift of scrap metal; however, the bulge could not have happened upon impact with the asphalt because there is no depression in the asphalt and the container side is by-design flush all along its length. The substantial outward bulge therefore happened before the container toppled; was this done by physical movement due to electromagnetic burst cause internal scrap metal load to violently shift? There is no scraping or scuffing on the asphalt to indicate high-speed, and the collapse of one tire would be insufficient to cause such catastrophic load shift. Crumpling of flat steel is another DEW Hallmark as the high-current induction by the microwave weaponry causes the impurities in the metal to conduct differently, causing various self-attractions and repulsions, often “crumpling” the metal.Attempt to re-shift the scrap metal innards does not result in any damage whatsoever to the opposite side of the container, further evidencing the unusually violent natural of the shift that caused the toppling, evidencing unnatural DEW cause unrelated to speed, inertia, gravity.Driver essentially unharmed, another DEW Hallmark. Severely hurt or killed involved persons lead to endless questions, insurance claims, lawsuits, unwanted attention.
