Facts
1 Traditional explosions start small and enlarge.
2 DEW Attacks always start with large, bright, intense, immediate impact, then collapse, then grow.
What we see here is a DEW Attack: One frame is normal, the next frame is a white-out, the next several frames show a shrinking burst, subsequent frames show the explosion growing. Pinkish / purplish plasma, presumably from the energy weapon, is also visible. Frames later there appears another DEW hallmark of whitish/grey off-gassing (not the expected sooty black smoke).
That is not how traditional explosions progress, always growing, but is instead strong evidence of energy impact weaponry.

1 Normal dark night.
2 Very next frame, intense white-out from the high-impact energy hit.
3 Very next frame, impact burst has shrunk noticeably.
Impact burst shrinks continually over next several frame.
Notice the appearance of pink/purple electric plasma.
Plasma grows.
As the DEW plasma fades, then the consequent explosion takes over.
DEW Hallmark of whitish-grey off-gassing mist is present whilst expected black sooty smoke is absent.
Consequent flames, burning oil, fuel, etc.
TONKIN GULF FALSE-FLAG SELF-ATTACK
The TONKIN GULF is an old false-flag trick in which aggressors attack themselves in order to ’cause’ and ‘justify’ retaliation. The result is always escalation.
Other attacks going on also evidence DEW. What could have hit this ship at its highest point? DEW often comes from above. Notice also the whitish-grey off-gassing DEW Hallmark.
