8600 acres. If I were a conspiracy artist, I would say it sounds like someone (and I don’t mean the owner) is trying to clear land for, I don’t know, a future Data center. Time will tell.

One yard near where I live burned about two years ago in California. Full of old classic cars. Gone. Another one. This one was very well known was Turners auto wreckers. That one had a huge fire about four years ago. This is a first for me. I don’t in my 65 years ever remember this happening in the past. At least to this degree. Always seems to be yards where older cars are.

I think this is a coordinated effort to do away with older cars being fixed and you have to buy new cars that have the kill switch in them.

Anybody who’s ever seen a car fire knows that carfires can spread to other cars, but not to 9000 cars. This is starting to look like the Maui fires for a different purpose.
