The “forts” were often on two banks/shores, almost always in pairs. This suits the ‘dual polarity / opposing charge’ nature of modern (and presumably past) electronica.

Not a single Civil War photo shows spent/fired cannonballs strewn amidst the rubble. There are photos with large stacked piles of cannonballs, but ZERO showing any chunks or balls strewn in the rubble itself. Also curiously, the bricks / masonry is evenly strewn-about, not cracked and fallen down where struck by kinetic projectile (bullets or cannonballs). Video (on DEWISH LIGHTNING) by resident who weathered Katrina shows church with also evenly-strewn bricks. We saw similar strewn bricks at the presumed DEW Attack, Christmas in downtown Nashville, AT&T building. Strewn masonry also at presumed DEW Attack on Georgia Guidestones. Imagine what happens when we piece together that DEWs are much older than thought. Probably it indicates our “current cycling” is us being used to fashion weapons against future generations, giving internet-militarized, finely-adjustable beam weaponry; drone warms; robo-dogs and robo-cops killers (with gun in one hand and syringe in other!) Probably the population boom was allowed as experiment, allowing that given ‘adequate number’ of ”useless eaters” eventually there will emerge a few bright-bulbs cleverly twisted enough to develop useful weaponry.
