Structural Steel Girders can not be melted by open-air fire of any fuel or duration. A Blast Furnace would be required, or else the exotic weaponry introduced in 1983 by President Regan, Directed Energy Weapons. There is no other known feasible explanation. Besides, there was no fire at this calamity! Gravity, weight, stress doesn’t cause that kind of warping, wilting, distorting damage — steel cracks and fractures and does not bend radically without any cracks at all. Notice the ridiculously warped / wilted steel girder / support directly over top of the three men lined up vertically at middle frame – it appears to be a 180-degree bend with no cracking!
