Complete “toasting”, uniformity of conflagration absent sufficient fuel to cause such intense, prolonged heating. There was no burning lump of hay inside; instead, straggler strands of dry hay inside were not burned; meanwhile, steel furiously burned / dfisintegrated away, insta-rusted, rapidly-aged by the energy beam attack.
