Even though it is steel and “cannot” burn, the water tank is insta-rusted a smoking white-hot fumes as DEW microwaves electromagnetically induce eddy currents that superheat metal, causing rapid oxidation.
The DEW beam appears to “peek through”, illuminating its path. This strongly resembles the “glints” seen in video of the particle-beam ostensibly fired from Brookhaven National Labs RHIC “ion-gun” via the Woolworth Building at the WTC on 911.
