Youtuber “Minorcan Mullet” visited (23 Apr 2026) the site of the “memorial mural” which is “across the street from a convenience store that is the entrance to the Fort Armistead Park”, and his video shows a windswept, totally decrepit mess – a total wreck of a memorial – a total disgrace – and further evidence that the sham is already unsustained and unsustainable over the long-term. “This is what it looks like today: The murals are pretty much gone; they have been wasted away into the weather [though] the framework is still there, and there is one part of the mural is still kind-of ‘tacked-up’, but [the murals] are slowly, slowly ‘going away’ [falling into absolute disrespectful disrepair].” — THE SITE SEEMS ALMOST A TRASH HEAP AND ABOUT WHAT MIGHT BE EXPECTED FROM A TOTAL FRAUD NOT A GENUINE MEMORIAL FOR GENUINE VICTIMS. Let’s call the Spade a Spade.
“The Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge take-down was a trillion-dollar costly event, ongoing, and yet all culpable persons remain unnamed, kept totally anonymous, with some reportedly having been slyly ‘escaped’ from the country! TANGENT — Fort Armistead is another the tens of thousands of “Star Forts” worldwide – Michelle Gibson offers wonderful research into their history, purpose as “antiquitech”, and evidence of a recent Great Reset.
The excuse, or perhaps reality, of why the transit police were (apparently) immediately present at the bridge (“blocking that lane of traffic” where the workers were working] just before the allision / collapse and how they were able to (apparently) so quickly stop traffic and thus prevent imaginably much greater loss of life is explained by Mullet at around 2:26 into video: “…because [the six] were they working that night, the officers were there and they were able to get those approaches blocked to traffic…” This may make sense for traffic going one direction (and thus an officer at one end), but the same speedy response at the distant other end remains inexplicable.

Maryland law hides death certificates for 20 years
Death certificates for the six men who supposedly lost their lives in the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse: Alejandro Hernandez Fuentes, Dorlian Castillo Cabrera, Maynor Yassir Suazo Sandoval, Carlos Daniel Hernandez Estrella, Miguel Luna, and Jose Mynor Lopez. However, under Maryland law, these documents are not currently part of the public record and cannot be accessed by the general public.
Maryland Vital Records Access
In the state of Maryland, death records are strictly confidential and do not become fully open to the public until 20 years after the date of death. Because the collapse occurred on March 26, 2024, these certificates will remain restricted until 2044. Currently, the Maryland Department of Health’s Division of Vital Records restricts access to certified death certificates strictly to the following authorized parties:
- A surviving relative of the deceased (with documentation proving the relationship).
- A designated financial or legal beneficiary of the deceased.
- A court-appointed or authorized representative of the deceased’s estate.
- A funeral director.
- Anyone with a direct court order mandating the release of the document.
Because these documents are legally protected vital records, they are not available online, through government archives, or via open-source channels for anyone outside of those specific legal and familial relationships.
