Look at the weird electromag distortion in the otherwise perfectly stabilized camera image at 0:44 in — the chopper had hit nothing by then, so the wild camera shake is not from physical impact — it was hit by DEW burst! When the frame whites-out one-second later, the helicopter is still dozens of feet above the building’s roof. The badness happening to the camera was solely from electromag interference and overload from the DEW weapon.

Why would anyone DEW this? Presumably because THEY ARE NORMALIZING DEW ATTACKS.

Look at that whole ripped through the corrugated steel. With no obvious physical kinetic cause, it appears to be an energy-weapon punch-thru hole. The blades are opposite and not near the container. The helicopter body is several feet away. So what ripped that hole? The helicopter presumably fell down onto the container, and not with much force as it did not fall like a stone but rather descended in a somewhat unexpectedly hard landing, so what did all that damage to the shipping container? And, in particular, how, only a few feet away from the (expectedly) bulged-out side, did an inversion occur which caused an implosion? At 2:10 another engine anomaly. Change of tone. No camera shake. Stall warning beeper chirps; engine obviously sputtering, rotor whirl changing severely, yet no camera shake at all. Then camera zooms out and is still not unstable until (a later presumed) DEW blast which upsets the electromagnetics — the violent shaking was not physical. Male pilot yells “Fuck!” then female reporter asks, ‘you can’t pull up?’ No screams. No apparent brain-scramble. The DEW seems to have (possibly) blasted the engine and had wild effects on the otherwise stabilized camera.
